By accessing or using Quality Jacks (qualityjacks.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Products

Quality Jacks sells outerwear and related products. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

3. Payment

We accept Bitcoin payments only through BTCPay Server. By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount specified at checkout.

All payments must be completed within the invoice expiration time. Unpaid invoices will be automatically cancelled.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to US addresses only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging. See our Returns Policy for complete details.

Refunds are issued in Bitcoin at current market rates.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Quality Jacks and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Quality Jacks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
