We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The jacket must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return
- Email support@qualityjacks.com with your order ID
- We'll send you a prepaid return label
- Pack the jacket securely in original packaging
- Drop off at any authorized shipping location
- Refund processed within 5 business days of receipt
Refund Method
Since we accept Bitcoin only, refunds are issued in Bitcoin at the current market rate at the time of refund processing. The USD value of your original purchase is used as the basis for the refund calculation.
Example: If you paid $100 worth of BTC when BTC was $50,000, you'll receive $100 worth of BTC at the current rate.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, items with removed tags, worn or washed items, and items returned after 30 days are not eligible for refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer size exchanges within 30 days. Contact support with your order ID and desired size. We'll ship the new size once we receive your returned item.
